Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be in English. Grammar and spell-checking tools are allowed to be used on your submission.

Submissions must consist of original abstracts that have not been published previously. Abstracts must be submitted in Word format.

The title must reflect the content of the abstract. The title should not be in capital letters. It must begin with a capital letter and be followed by lowercase letters except for abbreviations. It should be less than 25 words.

Authors' names should be provided in full name, in 'Given name Family name' order. Post-nominal/degrees are not required. The first author will be the presenter.

Full name of the author's institution must be provided below the names.

The abstract body must be less than 250 words and no more than 1500 characters.

Font: Use Times New Roman, size 11, and 1.5 line spacing.

The abstract must have the following subheadings depending on the abstract type:

Original Research: Background and Aims - Methods – Results – Conclusion

Case Report: Introduction - Case Report – Discussion

Ensure the entire abstract fits into a single A4 page

The inclusion of tables and figures is discouraged. Authors should instead summarize their content in text within the abstract and reserve visuals for oral or poster presentations.
